Good question: It can polish the majority of the sink, but it cannot polish a zero radius corner. The smallest radius tools available in the market dictate the smallest inside radius you can fully polish with the TITAN.

Hi Josh, The FASTBACK II does not do radius work. Our TITAN CNC Router would be the best choice for sinks or anything with radius as it is a true CNC Stone Center to do all types of edges/polishing.

We are working on creating more videos, but none yet to share. That said it integrates seamlessly with alphacam. Once you finish creating your veinmatch / layout in the tMatch software that comes with it, a DXF file is generated that you can easily drop into alphacam. It takes a perfect image of the slab, then allows you to capture the slab information, mark any defects, and print a scannable label to put on the slab. Once that is all entered, it has an intuitive Slab Inventory software so you can easily find and manage your slabs/remnants digitally. Lastly, its tMatch software allows you to easily and accurately layout your parts on the slabs helping you perfect your veinmatch before ever making a cut. You can build your job in a 3D environment and send high-resolution layout images to get customer approval. It eliminates the lighting issues with the older camera which causes the slab to not have the same light level evenly throughout the slab image. Causes problems when matching seams.

Compared to our Pathfinder, which is just a click of a button, it does take a few more seconds to capture the image, but what you get with the SlabVision scanner is controlled lighting and a much higher quality image. And as soon as the image is scanned, you can begin with the rest of the slab processing with the swing arm HMI as the scanner returns home. You can also move the swing arm HMI with its true color monitor right next to the slab to inspect it for defects and quickly add them into the digital image. And you can't forget a much more compact and smaller footprint compared to photo stations. Hope that information helps, have a great day!
