Blade selection and speed that is tailored to the stone type is very important on these machines. Also, not sure we understand your question as typically you want a blade open so it doesn't glaze. Will keeping the styles and tools in one folder without creating two separate folders create issues for both the 2000 and 3000 series when sending out to the machines?

AlphaCam's Styles and Tool Libraries for different TITAN models can be saved in the same folder as long as you organize them properly per each machine's Tool Library and setup.

I know another "american" cnc router manufacturer that leaves the training for the tooling sales companies. In 1.5 years I have never been helped setting up a single set of wheels in person. I regret buying a cnc router.

Why does my 17in blade go so much into the table what setting do I need to change? I even set the correct material thickness

We don't have enough information to tell you exactly as it could be a multitude of things like programmed with wrong blade, didn’t touch off the tool correctly, final depth not set correctly, table Z height incorrect, tool not set as a blade tool on the machine, etc. If none of those are the issue or you would like a hand troubleshooting, give our team a call at 800-785-3391.
