so I took it to a technician and got it fixed!! turns out both of my ram sticks went bad edit: ok i lied its still broken now the vga light is on

Try blow out dust from ram slots and try installing dif rams

i had the same problem randomly and i just switched the ram order from 2/4 to 1/3. change the slots of the ram

Take the cmos battery out with the computer unplugged and then put it back in, if that doesn't work, if not then test each stick of ram in it by itself and thats what the dram light is for btw, its for the ram and my laptop wouldn't start whennone of the ram sticls went bad, well it would turn on and you could hear the fan but nothing showed on the screen so test each stick on its own

@Mark-imation you checked them one at a time right? Also if it still isn't working, if you have a friend with a PC that uses, wait what kind of ram do you have ddr4? Ddr5? Cause you could have someone else with a PC put your ram into there computer to see if it works

if you using generic PSU , it slowly kill the mobo pcie lane or GPU. Try remove the GPU and start the PC without it then off, then Reseat GPU and Turned it on. good luck hope it works.

@@Mark-imationyou push in this tab above it then unscrew the screws attaching it to the PC case. you take it out (carefully) so it doesn't break. make sure to hold the gpu up while while unscrewing the screws so it doesn't fall off. first step though is to clean up your desk and make another video where we can clearly see what's wrong. another thing you can try is to reseat your ram which might help.

i dont know how do do that because in order to uninstall the gpu driver it has to boot up but it wont boot up! but thanks for the suggestion

Use one stick of Ram. Use hdmi into motherboard and not gpu. Then see if that works, if that does then update your bios
