i matured and moved on in the 90s. this reinvention of u2 wasn't lacking any musical creativity, but i could really care less for the theatrics and raunchiness. the irish lads eventually succumbed to the outward pressure of the world critics, and the result of their over emphasis on being 'less serious' was sadly disappointing. things change, i get it. but as i said, i suppose both the band and i moved on, and they never saw a dime out of my pocket after rattle and hum.

I can't believe i was actually there at Footy Park! It was my first ever concert...and the best I've ever been to. Nothing comes even close. It changed me in a deeply fundamental way, forever. I'm watching this performance for the first time since i saw it live, and when the riff for Where The Streets Have No Name comes in I'm getting the same goosebumps, and its bringing the same tears to my eyes 30 years later. Saw Madonna at the MCG a couple of months later, but not even she could get near this masterful, epic, unforgettable performance.

a bootlegger sold me a copy in times square last week. However i got a kosher copy from someone i met here later. Got my money back when i discovered what went down after tracking bootlegger via mobile phone tracker to west 31st and avenue of americas. . ty 4 music.

I must have watched the official Sydney video a hundred times. A mate lent the VHS tape to me at school and told me this is the best live gig ever. He was right and i became a fan....back then in 1996 i never dreamed i'd be able to watch another show on the same tour, not knowing that in the future that the wonder of internet and KZbin would provide, and for free! The ads suck, but my God, what a blessing.

Wish U2 had officially released one of these concerts for the Achtung Baby anniversary especially the indoor tour. Best concert I have ever been to especially when using screens was completely new. What a time and what a band. Thanks for uploading.

I bought an Estabon - acoustic, electric, steel string guitar from QVC , with 10 watt amp. Sounds good when someone who can play uses it 😂😂
