That toe change, ideal setup would be to have steering arm in line/same angle as LCA ? That why lowering the rack would be ideal ?

Reason for lowering the rack is that because the LCA and tie rod ange is different were getting lots of toe angle change as the steering arm is getting into a steeper part of its range. Checkout next fortnight's video ill throw up some better details on what's going on!

I like what your doing...On your travel sensor testing did you achieve full compression to the bump stop or just ride height. With the spring in place can that sensor cope with full compression of the suspension over a bump?

@MrJpblue1000 I didn't show that too well did it sorry mate, no that was into the bump stop I had wound down the spring perch so that the spring wasn't taking any load

Great video! When I did some -8 hard lines I bought a cheap ebay 1/2" tube bender and it worked really well, although your hand forming got it done very neatly. Keep up the great work.
