Looking back at this in 2024 (about to be 2025) the VTA changed a lot, and honestly we lost a lot of things especially when it came to the announcements

This is not a Gen3. Gen3's must be traction, not hydros. This is basically a standard Otis hydro with Gen3 components

This looks like it would have been the original escalator that would have been put in back when this was a JC Penney store. Westgate was originally built in the early 1960s, but the Penney's came later, somewhere around 1968.
