Nice videos, very interesting!! Just wondering how you get on with the Massey Ferguson SP sprayer. Apparently, the new 500R model - which looks really good on paper, is going to be released here in Australia, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of information about them or previous models from farmers that use them.

why don't you use 28% instead of water when applying chemicals to you corn. it spread of the nitrogen applications so the plant can use it better. 10 gallons of 28 has 30 pounds of nitrogen with your 5 applications of chemicals that be 150 pounds
@farminginbrazil9 ай бұрын
We can’t do that. 32% is too expensive to us here in Brazil. So we use water. Thanks for watching!
@tapitXq96 ай бұрын
Spraying 28% or 32% on the growing corn will kill it by frying the leaves.

Amazes me how red your soil is. Very unique to Brazil!
@TrevorStruthers10 ай бұрын
Yeah it is amazingly red. I have seen red that dark in places of oklahoma, and also there are red highways in Montana because they use red rocks in the asphalt. It hides the deer blood also a little better, those truckers really wipe out a lot of them that way. 85 MPH deer puddles.

1-27-24 Hi Bob. some of your hills are steep !! Wondering the grain loss over shoe when machine on a side hill ? When I worked for Massey Ferguson ( 30 years ), we had a side hill kit (optional) dividers went on the top chaffer and on the cleaning sieve plus the tailings section. These were 3 or 4 divider strips ( depending size of machine ) mounted length wise to help prevent material from moving across shoe to the lower side, this greatly reducing grain losses. Once installed we recommend to leave in place. Bye 👍👍
