I wonder why there is more backing than laminate? maybbe it just looks this way on to the eyes and the backing is thicker too so maybe that''s why. also it'd be cool if you could replace both seperately to create your own label color combos. tho probably a super neiche thing nobody would do!

Hope this helps if your components 'drop to the floor' :( The Laminate  runs between the two posts at about 5 o’clock.  Then under post A and around the back of the last post  past the Fresh Ribbon (unused ink spool).  On the ‘peninsular’, there is a divider so that the ink ribbon runs on the higher side and the laminate runs on the lower side of the divider  The open area is where the labeller prints the ink on the laminate.  The printed laminate then passes through the guide posts to be joined to the adhesive backing tape (In this case it is white) The Self Adhesive Backing Tape This tape is double sided with a peel off section so you can stick the tape down when the label is printed. You can see it runs on the left side of the White Post and then on the right side of the guide wheel. The White Post IF it comes out it is about 6:30 from the adhesive backing tape. Final Spool This is a guide for the Self Adhesive Backing tape and the printed laminate. The Used Ribbon Spool (Green) Stores the spent ink ribbon. When you first install a new cartridge ensure that you take up the slack.  Wind the spool ANTI-Clockwise.

I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! This machine is great kzbin.infoUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q and the blue/green color matches the rest of the accents in my office. My favorite part is how small the footprint is. It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.

I like the ink wells versus the ink cartages that cost an arm and a leg. It prints quickly and the quality is excellent. It shuts off when not in use, so you have to remember to turn it on. Very nicely presented and to think this company is still going 8 years later in my town (ish) is very commendable... Ive just purchased one of these (2023) and it's much more expensive from what it was 8 years ago (inflation???) and more to the point its the same exact machine hence this video has aged extremely well !!

I like this printer a lot. i broke touch screen, dropped it from a ladder. Going to buy new one cause ive about 1000 worth of cartridges for it :D. its a little bulky but one printer to do all my labes. ive had only 2 faulty cartridges that label maker didnt recognize.

Thank you so very much for your very explicit video. I have struggled with this function for years. Also if you right click on the field you want to include in you label a menu appears and there is an option at the bottom "Merge into Layout" click that and it will include the field into your label also. Found this by accident. Thanks once again.
