Thanks for the video! btw. the @ConfigurationProperties can be done with variables instead of methods @ConfigurationProperties("s3") interface S3Config { val endpoint: String val accessKey: String val secretKey: String }

Will there be access to lower level text composable? I had to use some wacky hacks to implement a text editor with multiple cursor support. I could not find a better way to do it other than using Skia or just recompiling compose.

I've been search everywhere for a comprehensive detailed explanation of Verified ID and I finally found it here! Great presentation, excellent slides and demos, and audio quality is crystal clear! I was trying to find how AAD OIDC works with VC (ie Verified ID) and how it exactly works with the DID held in the authenticator and this bridges those gaps that I found in other training videos. Excellent video!

Thanks for the presentation. Although AutoGluon is one of the best AutoML solutions out there, it is almost impossible to use the learned models outside of AWS studio or Colab. Just recently, I did some work with AutoGluon but was unable to do inferencing with my models (the pickle files) outside AWS studio. I could never get to use the pickle files with my flask app. All the time I thought I had saved by using the AutoML capability was expended on trying to fix the inferencing issue.

I assume you're from Brighton,right?Excellent video and excellent content. I'm from Brazil, but I have a fondness for Brighton, because of a metal band there called Architects. Greetings!

I am working on a lot different projects and thus got tired to always be switching languages and paradigms. My code always underachieves because of all the fast development and switching I never get enoguh time to write and practice to good code. This week I am on a crossroads to decide what language to use for most of my upcoming apps. I was considering C# or Kotlin. I hate dealing with state in the typical MVC manner so this video might be the tilting point.

Yeah, what did you choose? Personally I'm trying compose for desktop in a new project and if it's as good as it sounds like it is, I'll try to use it for other projects as well. I would have used Avalonia with XAML and C#, however that requires a code signing certificate and that's way too expensive for this small project.

Are there any plans to get this on iOS too? Would be awesome for KMM Edit: Just heard him say "maybe" with no promises xD. I think Compose could be *the* feature for KMM

There is TornadoFX as an "envelope" to JavaFX, but... Is not exactly great. Even with the Kotlin power, in Tornado simple things like forms and MDI can become so complicated to implement, very easily... So, I'm really excited to see Compose working with desktop as well.
