Regarding eye contact, many non-neurotypical people don't like eye contact and actively avoid it. So if you're marketing to people who have a high chance of being non-neurotypical, for example readers, eye contact would be a major mistake.

The lesson here is don't be greedy. We only need one house and life is short. All the wealth in this world is useless when we are 6 feet under ground. So stop playing with sh|tty speculative market like real estate. If we don't pour our saving into these greedy A-holes pockets, we could build our own home far cheaper than this fake inflated captalism market could ever offer.
