It's a great question actually! This home just went through a quality inspection, and those are pieces of blue tape to indicate where touch-ups are required for the painters.

@@AmieFolkman.NewHomes you know I thought that after taking a second look but My phone wouldn't let me enlarge the photos and I have vision in one eye and I have this in-between vision at a certain point where My reading glasses don't help alot. I know it sounded like a lame question but I really wasn't sure and I'm looking to move and I've seen some places that interested me including this one (except the white cabinets as stated) so kinda wanted to know what to expect if I move there. I'm currently living on the Western slope of Colorado coming originally from Southern CA. Thank you so much for confirming My suspicions with grace.
