im curious of the rat situation? I know with warm and well insulated tents with lots of grass inside, there were lots of rat issues in many Alone seasons. did you have a way to work around that or just traps all around?

I came here to see your fireplace hood/vent system you built during the show but it's not on this video. I don't remember that part on the show. Is it detailed and if so, what episode? Real curious as to how that worked.

That's a lot of meat, is it not going to rot hanging on the tree. In villages people hang it above the fire so the smoke seals the out layer which stops it from rotting also dries it everytime fire is made.

I was searching for the result of taping an M-80 firecracker inside the lid of a gasoline filled mustard jar with the fuse outside and delayed by attaching a cigarette. This was one of many experimental and risky pastimes my childhood friend, next door neighbor, and brother for life shared with me. The explosion looked like this. The cigarette delayed fuse gave us time to each get home to look out our bedroom windows to see it happen. Yo! Chico!

I have always admired what you do Jordan. Watched you on Alone, and everything else I could find on youtube. I want to do something similar like you did with trainhopping. And just go for it really, with some basic camping gear etc and get some money along the way when/if I need, just jump into some type of adventure, do you have any general "golden" advice or tips ? Kind Regards from Norway ! -Elias Jack
