Scarz looks like the best apac team imo. They have the same problem as Liquid of falling apart in the late round, but if they clean that up, I could see them being the first team to actually make the semi finals, and maybe even gun for grand finals. I feel they're super underrated.

If I'm not mistaken W7M is the most accomplished org alongside G2 (G2 has 2 SIs, 1 major and 1 Pro league final wins), W7M has 1 SI and 3 major wins.

Fr, that was a total crumble. I’m Brazilian so I was full on cheering for W7M but on the second map BDS had the win on their hands and they just started to slowly lose themselves and let W7M comeback. Then they started getting rolled by W7M

I think it's cool that you can directly qual to SI from winning leagues and events. I was just thinking the other day about how they should bring that back. Even though regional finals were played for SI points, seeding, and a good amount of money, it felt like they were lacking "real" stakes.

Are people saying this was a fluke? I mean, if you were going to dumb things down and say that both major grand finals were coin flips dependent on who is better on the day, then 25% is still a pretty high chance (of BDS losing both). Not saying this is really accurate, but something to consider.

Kafe was the most defender sided because VP played it more than anyone else and they’re so good on defense on kafe so it’s skewed cus of just them. Still surprised skycraper wasn’t the top defender sided map

You have to go back to the predictions website and claim each alpha pack you won, then it should be pretty much instant to get them in your account 👍.

I woudnt realt count pl season 10 as cinderalla run, Faze and nip were looking REALLY strong, especially nip, since a few months later they almost won si, but visa screwed both faze and nip and they lost players, ence wouldve been a valid pick

I agree, but it was a surprising enough result that it seemed like it should be included. Plus back then Brazil hadn't yet become a true force in Siege so them not being at full strength doesn't feel like it shifts the narrative much.

Ooziie did play well under the circumstances, but you also have to consider how the substitution affected the team's chemistry, roles, etc as well as the players' mental.

I have to raise this issue with the shotty prediction system. How are new esport fans gonna predict for example the play-in stages, gives you option to choose from all the teams yet only 4 possible teams from the valid 10 teams if I remember correct, so why am I able to choose bds if bds are not in the play-ins? And how are new esports fans gonna know? Why does ubi not put only the 10 valid teams to choose from, this is bs. Also the second issue like highground just had was the predictions didn't save because you have to go and press a button to save instead of saving it automatically once you choose the team which would be way smarter but its just a shit overlay and ubi really didn't bother with this one.

They could definitely add a bit more polish/clarity to the system, but it is nice for people like me because it forces people to watch videos to figure out how it works/who to vote for.
