My childhood car ! My father teach me driving with this beauty at 1985-86 when I was a kid ! It was sold once and taken back because I cried.. I left a sign on its gearstick with its car lighter..! Now I am 50 and it is not with us but CX 2200 I still love you !

They removed the all important fuel consumption computer display from the cockpit. It was the most important gauge for the drivers so they could set the boost and fuel mapping settings to manage their fuel consumption during the race. The display was a small digital electronic display next to the tachometer.

Das ist der absolute Traum. Der einzigste Porsche 968 Turbo RS mit Straßenzulassung. Der wurde damals afaik nach Südafrika ausgeliefert. Die 3 anderen Turbo RS sind reine Rennfahrzeuge ohne Straßenzulassung. Mich hätte mal interessiert für wieviel der bei der Auktion abgegangen ist. Es gibt da Gerüchte von 1 Mio USD/EUR ohne Aufgeld. Das Estimate lag afaik so bei 750.000 Dollar/EUR.

kenner wissen es ist ein 118D mit software auf 220ps damals und 135i enschalldämpfer ;D der besitzer fährt nun ein 435D mit Software und Modifikationen mit rund 400ps und 600NM ;)

Qualitativ äußerst gute Autos und zeitlos schön. Leider verbraucht, nicht konserviert und daher fast ausgestorben. Von den 44 zugelassenen steht einer bei mir. Rostfrei.

Sehr gut. Rost ist wirklich ein Problem. Mein 1.8er hat 82tkm und bissel Rost am Schweller /Radkasten vorn. Ansonsten noch gut in Schuss. Gruss aus NDS!
