Watching you while on the tredmil lol I get around 3k on my lunch break depending on speed of walk then I finish the rest at zay football practice walk around the park for an hour

I’ve been thinking about starting the day with 3k instead of two because then I wouldn’t have to get on at night. Bout to hop on my walking pad right now actually lol

That’s so true we can set a number for weight loss but the real goal is to remain consistent day to day losing 1-2lbs a week is the goal for me that’s over 20lbs in 3 months

Yeah the 1-2 pounds seems so little week by week, but it adds up in the long run. That’s my goal as well.

In the beginning you went into the 3rd stitch instead of the 4th as you stated. Does that make a difference?

I just rewatched it (a few times) I went into the fourth. I can send you a screenshot with the stitches counted, if you need it. Let me know. And it would make a difference because the ch3 counts as a dc.
