你好，只是個人意見或是我看法保守, 最大問題是夜歸坐地鐵回家的時候感覺不安全，要坐電梯而不是扶手電梯。這個問題十年後都不會改變的，Canning Town local 人第一個感覺就是公共房屋。如果要比喻香港就好像10年前鑽石山新起的私人屋苑，給人的感覺不是一個太好的地區。

@@sukylok6701 Canning Town比十幾廿年前好，如果個人，或者無小朋友都住得過，算抵買。我自己住响Custom House，近Excel嗰邊治安比較好。個人認為Custom House環境靚好過Canning Town，仲有Elizabeth Line

比較多白人居住的borough應該是Richmond upon Thames, Kignston upon Thames, Kensington and Chelsea.

個人意見，其新樓供應很多，短線投資不適合，但始終是倫敦市中心，長線應該有可為，不過也要看看他的價錢，但如果價錢相若，比較保守的投資，我會選擇西倫敦。

我對這區不熟悉，根據資料這區罪案率低，綠色地方多，white population is about 80%, 在倫敦東南面屬於比較多白人的地區，1993年一件著名謀殺案在此發生，五個白人teenagers stabbed a black student to die , 出現種族歧視問題。當然是很多年前的事情了。

主要是用catchment 方法，但也可以加aptitude test to increase your chance. Children who are successful in gaining one of the places available to those who demonstrate the greatest aptitude for modern foreign languages and/or music. 10% of places may be allocated in this way.

Apart from Bishops Stortford, you can consider to live in Sawbridgeworth, a nice small town near to Bishops Stortford. Don’t live at Harlow, not a good place to live, high crime rate and at least 70% are council houses. But there has factories and offices in Harlow that it has opportunities to work for. As I know there has some new houses development in Sawbridgeworth as well.

請問一間屋的屋主已和potential 買家已進入律師律程, 唯未交換 Contract, 如屋主遇另一出更高價的買家, 在此階段, 他可否將屋轉賣予另一出價更高者?

我不是律師顧問或地產代理，但根據正常程序，買家已進入律師程序，即是給了deposit, 做了survey，通常屋主不會轉賣予另一出價更高者。地產代理也不會讓其他買家出價。當然也需要看臨時合約的內容，最好是請教律師或地產代理的意見。

@@andyho5390 West Acton 近Acton Park, is Acton central, 環境沒有West Acton 那麼好，但罪安率也不高，可以考慮的一個落腳點。
