I hope you read this and realize what happened during the questioning around 5:55. Woody got stuck and wouldn’t answer the question about the killing because the prosecutors know he was the one who did it and he knows they know and he also knows he can be locked up for perjury even with his immunity deal and that’s what the prosecutor is banking on. That’s why he asked is this a trick question and looked at her like that then his lawyer for how to go about that question. You can only blame prosecutors for horrendous excuse of representation. I can't help but wonder about county and state hiring qualifications. Come on, Georgia, you can do better than this, and just what is your excuse for the backlog of criminal cases. When does the holding of defendants sitting in jail or prison become a crime itself?
