Yes! What a great surprise! I knew you were coming along but I didn’t know you could actually play it now! What a long way you’ve come…….i can remember the first few messages on Reddit saying that you were going to call it quiet and couldn’t see a way forward. You were still open to suggestions though and I was very encouraged when I saw the first video of you being able to understand the movement. You know, a LOT of people can’t even grasp the first part, the hit and rebound of the footplate, but you got it really fast. And now, each scene showing how practice made the movement faster, smaller, more economical. I’m going to save this video, and if come across anyone with the same problem I’ll send them this link and use you as an example not only of HOW to do it, but that there is hope and hard work WILL get you there. I hope you are proud of yourself, because even if there is room for improvement (like always!) you can say with pride that you are officially a double bass drum player.

Hey, glad to hear from you. Thanks for the kind words! Feel free to use this video as a reference if you ever have a similar case. 😀Maybe it will inspire one or the other. I'm looking forward to seeing how things progress in 2025. It's not enough for drum covers yet, the whole package is still too sloppy for that. Yes, at least I can do something with the pedal now :) Thanks again and all the best. I'll be sure to upload updates from time to time (reddit or here)!

Thanks you! I am currently planning to shift my PC/recording setup to MacOS, but I most definitely have plans to do the next drum covers with the DAH drums on it! Regardless of the setup switch I do have to practise a lot for the songs, which I would like to cover. 😀 cheers
