I had the exact same issue and to be 100% honest, i have no idea. I've tried to get into contact with support and i ended up getting cookie cutter responses.

Most likely just needs more patches. Every now and then I'll get a random crash error(Either VRAM or DirectX related) but it's rare. I'm using a 4070ti with a Ryzen 9 on max settings and it works fine. Just randomly will crash every great now and then.

rollback to Windows 11 v.23H2 fixed it for me. thx for your vid, i'll try this. i spent about 10 hours to fix this 😅

@odeee_1 Settings/system/recovery , then the option "Go back". i haven't lost anything, but had to reinstall Google Chrome, it didnt start after rollback. you already tried these fixes in the video?

@ i dont think theres any other fix than the windows rollback, i believe most fixes found online just temporarily fixed it but they eventually started crashing again

I've been finding that playing on console, I have PS5 Slim, a friend is playing on PS4. The amount of lag we get sometimes is insane. I've also had probably around 4-5 complete crashes where I'm completely kicked from the game. That being said, I'm only playing zombies and I haven't had this much fun playing a COD game in a long time.

Completely understandable. I guess the crashing is spread upon all devices. Super weird. They really have to fix this.

Yeah, I understand that. You have to understand my difficulty as I literally couldn't play that game for 150+ hours. I base my videos on personal experience, not on others opinions.

You’re incredibly lucky lmao. I’ve dealt with constant crashes since launch. I have about 300/400 hours and half of that is crashes 😂

I graciously thank you very much. I did the driver rollback, and file swap and the minimum setting. Playing again. I am going to try tweaking it to higher than minimal if it doesn't crash all night.

Update: I spoke too soon. I was able to play a full S & D match, but as it started to tally up and count my points after the end, it froze and go the error again. I rechecked the swapped file, it looks like it put the updated file back in there. Check yours and see if the one you copied over is still there.

My final fix was to revert my Windows 11 from 24H2 to 23H2, and all the problems went away.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try it. 🙂 I also have a 1080 video card. But my question is: why should I do such crap after buying a game for 70 dollars? On a 1080 video card, MW2 and MW3 worked perfectly for me, as well as Tarkov without any complaints. This is a Activision problem! We need to tell them this! 😡

IK! I've tried submitting tickets but they go nowhere. I'm in Canada and i spent roughly $110 on the game and i only have played about 4/5 hours. Great game, horrible optimization.
