Great job. I like pretty much everything about this house. It is a bit grey, but……

Grey must be very popular in Florida or the home improvement store had a terrific sale on all things grey. I like the pastels, yellow, blue, green and even white. Grey wouldn’t be a deal breaker, especially on a stucco home. In no time, you’ll be repainting anyway. Your videos are great. Very well done.

Very gray again. Great lot. Nice kitchen. Small lanai, but sufficient and attractive. Like the dinette area just off the kitchen and next to the windows. Always like gazing out the window while drinking my morning coffee. A big plus. Don’t likes are the vertical backsplash in the kitchen. It’s borderline awful. Get rid of it. I’m guessing the new owners chose it. Not crazy about the floors, but doable. Overall a very nice home which is a tad different than most. A good thing. Entrance a bit claustrophobic.

Very gray. Nice kitchen. The entryway is somewhat claustrophobic from the outside. I’d prefer to be able to have a small sitting area out front. Great terrace doors to lanai. Lot somewhat larger than most. Lots of positives. Thank you for the tour.

I like an eat-in kitchen. The rest of the home can be open, but I want to be able to put my kitchen table in front of windows to gaze out of while enjoying my morning coffee. I know there’s always the lanai for this, but…..Also, an enclosed kitchen can double the number of cabinets. This is important to people who love to cook such as myself. Your new home is very nice. Congratulations. Some pampas grass around those exposed utilities would be nice. I suppose they don’t want you to plant there. I’d do it anyway. You can always replant in the off chance they would need to access. I look forward to seeing what you have in store for your landscaping.
