Yes we visit during the off season, we like the quite and come over just to relax and get away. We live close enough and have a plane so it’s a 30 min flight and when the occasional nice day opens up it makes a nice day trip

You're one of the best examples of what real Ozark mountain people are not like and you're nothing like us. Honestly you're an Embarrassment to the Ozark Hill Folk, the Family Culture, and the Values an Belief's that Branson was Founded upon. Just like so many other things in this World, Big Corporation's came in bought out mom and pops store's and Now what was once Good is nothing more than a Shopping mall. Branson has allowed itself to be transformed from what once was a place to visit that had wholesome family entertainment based on the Hillbilly lifestyle and Culture. Headlining acts the biggest and best Country and Gospel Singers an musicians had theaters and show's. If they sang on Country Radio they performed in Branson. Sad it has been replaced with Fakes like Y'all that don't have any respect for the people that come see your shows and the reason you get paid. True Ozarks people know their neighbors and are there for them in times of need, celebration, etc. True Ozarks Mtn people may not have the same last name or bloodline but at the end of the day will tell you, oh shoot their Family and not be related. Just like the so called Country Music on the radio today and the musicians of Nashville, Tenn. there is nothing you do that relates to what you're Job description says you do. You're not Country Music, Ozark mountain music, and you're definitely not Mountain Folk. Many People like myself wish y'all would go away and let true musicians like myself have what is rightfully ours by location of birth and beliefs back so people from all over the world actually could experience true Mtn culture and music they're expecting not the misrepresentation that they're receiving.

I had Mike and his wife out to my home one day for dinner when I resided in merriam woods just out of Branson. He didn't know that I was a bachelor and I think he felt a bit nervous as a result . Regardless of this i see him as being a swell guy and one. Amazing talent. Love you mike. Best wishes

I have to admit... when we decided to go check out Branson in the winter and our first time, I was nit too wild about the idea... BUT... I was wrong, it was beautiful, the people were great, and we got tickets to a show called the spirit of Christmas... AND LOVED IT!!!! We had so much fun and will be going again.
