If the item has a circle icon in the top left corner it means its from a payed pack as she said in this build she used around 15 different packs. There is base game items tho which are free, also you can just get custom content from the internet to download to get pretty free furniture! Hope this helps!

@ She knows that! She is aware that switching content will bring her views down drastically. It is true that her Genshin Videos brought her lots of views and attention, but making those affected her health as she mentioned in the update video.
