Why is your leg bent? It needs to be as straight as humanly possible, your leg needs to be turned out, and you need to wing your foot.

Another helpful tip is to turn out on your hip sockets; meaning to turn out your supporting leg and also your lifting leg.

Whut, I don't even do ballet and even I know your leg should be turned out or you will hurt your hip and you should also straighten the lifting leg to make it look beautiful. Don't give wrong advice to people....
