So i need help; are you conquering ur depression? how are you making yourself feel happy and enjoy the moment? because anything i do i can't seem to stop feeling this way

@@SophiaArciga-u3g a few years ago i was severely depressed for a long time and i thought i would feel this way for the rest of my life, but since i moved out and started living my own life i feel much better. But i still struggle from time to time. Music has been the only thing that always helps me deal with bad times.

@@sinja.shroom thanks Sinja! music was also my "life saver" for me but throughout my years of depression I stopped seeing the light in music, but I'm glad you are feeling better. Again I appreciate you being open abt ur battle with depression because, for a long time, I felt alone. Knowing and seeing you rising up and fighting ur depression gave me hope. <3
