Are these people even trained in interviewing autistic children??? This is clearly presented by unprofessional individuals who have no business in gardian ad lidem cases. As a parent of 2 autisitic children, I would advise anyone involved in a parental rights case please stay far, far away from these frauds. It is completely wrong for these two untrained individuals to be offering ANY type of child hearsay advice. This is the scariest presentation I have ever watched. Are they even familiar with echolalia, where the child repeats verbatum what their primary caregiver tells them, without comprehension of time or truthfullness? This is the scariest presentaiton I have ever seen in my life!

CPS do NOT protect children! Instead, they recieve a complaint and follow it tooth and nails to make sure the alledged "perpetrator" is held accountable for their actions, whether true or false. The entire DCS is a fucking ironic joke!

A topic like this should EASILY take over an hour and a half to cover, and most likely even longer. For christ sakes, do your research on BOTH sides of your investigation. These people are vicious clowns, laughing off the opposition while fortifiing their own preconcieved points of view. It sucks that these people can't distinguish the difference between victim and parent. The only people these assholes are protecting are themselves, along with the perpetrators who file complaints against the opposing party, certainly NOT the children.

The state gets incentives for filtering child support through the court and ruling against shared or altered custody arrangements no matter what is "best for the child." This "Color of Law '' is illegal, but when you try to have them removed or elicit the help of your state's Disciplinary Counsel, you'll find that they have NO OVERSIGHT because they were court appointed. And despite no oversight or training, he or she has immunity. When you try to appeal, you'll discover the same thing. BAR associations, which are private entities, have filled the courts and legislation with attorneys who have pledged allegiance to the BAR as their trade labor union. FOLLOW THE MONEY. IT'S COMING FROM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY TO MAKE THE JUDGES AND ATTORNEYS RICH AND OUR CHILDREN PAY THE PRICE. But there is a specific appointed time during the entire process that allows the "victim" to expose the corruption that has been done in darkness and bring it into the light for all to see. Only a few know about this powerful resource available. And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil.

They won't work for free. The pos-ad-litern I was appointed was literally indulging on vacation at least 4 times a year from my observation. But the icing on the cake was when we had a hearing, and she was on vacation in the mountains with very poor internet reception. How can someone be professional at what they do if they behave in such a manner? Let me tell you, these rogue runaways will be exposed one day. What a waste of office.

Is the IEP only for special physically disabled children or can there be an IEP for child that experiences extreme trauma i.e. rape, domestic violence?

I am literally going thru this right now and my case has been open 11 months, my appointed lawyer refuses to fight for me at all. Can someone tell me who I can talk to about this? My kids don't even have a lawyer.

Andrea Leal CPS case worker has falsely reported me in my three children missing for two days which ended in me and my three kids pulled over and surrounded by police on 05/05/2020. the same caseworker has went past the 90-day investigation she had the dependency petition filled out and dated March 10th 2020 and came and took my kids July 24th 2020 but is telling the judge she's only worked on my case for 90 days and also that I had told her to take my witch is a lie.CPS failed to bring me to preliminary hearing within 72 hours and still refuse to give me back my kids. The judge never signed off on sheltercare until August 5th my first court date. CPS has refused to allow me to attend or have any say in their doctor's appointment School appointments Etc. I had mailed in a public records request on 08/05/2020 the department said they never received it so on i sent another one but this time I emailed it to them so that way I could have it on record that they received my request for my records. Two months go by still no records but I did receive a response from the caseworker stating that I'm not allowed to have my records until September 2021 I asked why and she responded she doesn't know she's not in charge of that part of the department that I'm just going to have to wait until September. but but had my trial set for April 8 2021 also violated our rights to speedy trial and due process I ask the courts why trial was sent back so far and he stated because not everybody can make it on certain dates and that me and my children don't have a right to a speedy trial this is a civil case and that's only in criminal cases that they have the right to speedy trial. The judge my attorney and CPS have been slandering my name stating on record that I have explosive behavior but have no complaints no arrest records for violence nothing stating that I have explosive Behavior I've only got a misdemeanor on my record I'm 26 years old my wife is currently incarcerated on false charges and how her attorney and the courts and CPS have been ignoring her let alone even talking to her they have not let my wife attend or have any say or anything to do with our dependency case they've sent her subpoena for trial to my sister's house that's across town that has nothing to do with me and my wife we've never even lived at my sister's address just because my sister has an open CPS case as well just like CPS supervisor has walked into my visit calling me by my cousin's name would clearly I am not my cousin they have sent my mail to my cousin's house he also has it open CPS case they have sent his mail to my sister's house they have sent my sister's mail to my house and to my cousin's house they're stating in the report that my five-year-old son has the same birthday as me and that he's married to my wife and has three children as well as they're calling me by my wife's maiden name in these reports as well I've been called seven different people by CPS and my attorney has not helped me I have letters from the Ombudsman stating that there is a problem that I need to bring this to the attention of my attorney which I have and they have told me they're not doing anything wrong

What if the statement the child made that's in a police report says they never seen drugs and child was removed because parent used drugs. No harm was caused to the child. Removed without prevention services. So much of an emergency it was two days after the interaction with the police which was due to another person involvement with them but child was present for.

I was in devereux from 2001-2008 I was in viera residential cocoa therapeutic group home and chuluota therapeutic group home an at the devereux rtc shelter in Orlando all devereux facilities I was with Regis Little in viera an Orlando devereux is a terrible place Scott the boss when I was there got charged with molesting a child a young boy

Here we go again, complaint number 10. What gives corporate America's health companies like SunShine Health, the right to treat their patients with such disregard? Why must it take days for them to respond to a patient's needs? I've spent countless hours dealing with them to keep me alive for years now, filing one complaint after another. It's like a game to them and we're the ones that lose in the end from their lack of professionalism and compassion!
