Good recipe, but you have to improve the audio of the video. Your voice is too quiet, while the rest of the audio is too loud. And maybe try talking in shorter expressions. Instead of "We're gonna mix A, B, and C" try simply "Mix A, B and C". You can express yourself more clearly that way in my opinion. :)

Very nice! Samira, could you show us how we do Lebanese toum (garlic) sauce? I live in Canada, there are many shawarma restaurants and I love the garlic sauce, but I don't know how we do it! Thank you!

*Actually, you used 40 ingredients: Mind to envision, Eyes to see whether it’s correct or not, Tastebuds to know if it’s cream cheese or not, sense of smell to ensure it doesn’t smell bad, hands to put it all together, bowl, electricity to heat up the milk/blend the cheese, blender, HEAT, utensil to stir, eyelids and tear ducts (2) so that your eyes don’t get dry during the process, 2 hair ties so your hair doesn’t get in the way of the process, cute pink kitchen cook outfit to put you in the mood of making cream cheese from scratch, daily showers so that you wouldn’t smell bad and wouldn’t confuse cheesy smell from armpits from cream cheese smell, a kitchen for any of this to happen, drainer, bag to separate liquid from the coagulated milk, a cow to get milk, a store to get milk/lemons/salt, God for having created everything that brought all of this together fruition, whoever gave birth to you (which is 100% responsible for creating you), an atmosphere or you wouldn’t be able to breathe and life wouldn’t exist, the sun to provide photosynthesis for the cows to eat grass (3: sun, photosynthesis, grass), the trucks that transported the milk, lemons, and salt to the store, the Dead Sea for the salt, the airplanes that transported the salt from the Dead Sea, HUNGER, the need for tasty foods, and the universe (otherwise, the matter wouldn’t even exist). Oops, I forgot the milk, lemon, and salt!*
