Hi Karen, some of my winter skin care must haves are TATCHA cleansing oil or Liz Earle cleanser, Dr Jart + Dermawater, Josie Maran Milk Intensive Hydrating treatment,GLAMGLOW hydrating face mask, fresh sugar lip balm, embryolisse lait creme,dr miracle lip balm, and rituals miracle hand balm.

How long do you have to wait before applying eyeshadow after you apply the primer?

The thing that got me through last winter was adding a hyulorinic acid serum, I used the hada labo gokujun (i'm not sure I spelled that right). I'd layer that on before oil and a thicker cream, it just made everything else work better. Now I have the Ordinary one and think I like it about the same.

Pixi and The Body Shop also make great ones that are a little more expensive, but not like Eve Lom-expensive. Also a huge help for dry skin: a humidifier. Thanks for the video, Karen!

As a fellow member of the "Dry as an Alligator" Club, I too have tried have many, many oils to combat the uncomfortable dryness of winter skin. A couple of months ago I added the marula oil by Drunk Elephant into the mix and I've found it's really the only one I need. You have me intrigued about this product Karen. Are your dark circles genetic or from lack of sleep? I have the genetic kind unfortunately. So always on the lookout for anything that can help. I notice a difference in the areas the mask touched vs the inner corners of your dark circles. I feel like they would be more effective if you cut them closer to your undereye shape?
