Great chat! I have no issues spending a few seasons in League One. It's nice to be a "big fish" for once. If we got promoted this season I would probably think we are favorites to get relegated which is fine but having a couple strong playoff pushes would be great IMO.

I can’t stand the 3-5-2 we play , it’s getting found out in league one . If opposing teams play a wide press we look one dimensional and out of ideas , just wished we play 4-2-3-1 would suit our players better .

I think they have to find creative revenue opportunities when the grounds seating is limited to cover salaries as the team goes up the tier. Everyone wants to see them stay at the Racecourse but it will require significant investment in land and building to stay there

I think that’s a low number. They are worth closer to 100m, possibly more. When the kop is finished and a new training ground is in, they’ll value at closer to $250m 😊

Once established as a contender for promotion to Premier League in Championship, Wrexham could very well be worth £250M. The problem is it might cost £250M to get to that position

I think it's great when Fletcher comes in after the team has warmed up and run around for 65 minutes. There were some fantastic (lucky) saves that kept him off the scorecard in multiple games. Halfway through, thanks for the updates.

Great pod cast 👍I was disappointed to hear Shaun has such negative comments as a podcaster & fan of Wrexham, I think those sort of people tend to be ‘ glass half empty ‘ types, as you said Carl, WXM fans encompass both old & new, there is no distinction. Love hearing pod casts from both sides of the pond, both contributing their view & love of the club.

If you're listening to this - I'd say it gets progressively more interesting, and the last 6 mins are maybe the most interesting. Kind of the opposite way to usual. I think another episode which is more focused on the WST history and hard decisions Spencer and the board had to make then, would be super interesting context-building for this UK-based nu-Wrexham fan.

great interview and a real scoop to bring Spencer on- I was impressed with his persona in the documentary and its good to see he really is genuine . I love that his ideas for the club is how it can be huge in Wales and with local fans and not wooed bu the glamour- he’s smart enough to know that won’t last and to use it to expand the welsh fandom. Great interview.
