At first the product which i received came with missing parts which could not be fit and after that we requested for return and pick up but 3 times the pick up person did not show up and cancelled the pickup and today also on 10th september,2024 pick up was arranged but neither the pickup person called me or inform me and cancelled my pickup without costumer prior knowledge i had ordered it on 21st of August,2024 , First pickup was arranged on 4th sept (But the pickup person did not show up and canceled the returned) Second pickup was arranged on 6th sept (Same the pickup person said door was locked as we were at home and door was not even locked and canceled the pickup) Third pickup was arranged on 7th sept (the pickup agent directly said i wont pickup your product do whatever you want and cancelled the pickup) Fourth pickup was arranged on 8th sept( the agent again cancelled the pickup) Fifth pickup was arranged on 10th sept ( the pickup agent didn't even call me and without my prior notice cancelled the pickup) and they have updated that return pick was denied by the customer. And every time the pickup was cancelled i contacted customer care for the process and every time they arranged new pickup. And today when i contacted customer care they said they cannot help as customer had cancelled the pickup which they said that it was shown on their system and they said they wont initiate any more pickup nor they will refund my amount . i had an heated argument with the senior customer they directly denied of helping us as they fully blaming it on to the customer , Me and my family are facing such harassment since 13 days which is a very harassment , as we have already boxed the items in its original package .

#FraudAmazon #amazonindia I received a defective product for a pre paid item. After delivery I saw the product was defective. I raised request for return and the Amazon agent collected the product from my home. As usual he did not have any receiving when he took the product back. In the evening it was updated on the Amazon that return pickup failed/ rejected. I called amazon customer care but they told me to wait for 14 days as they will set an enquiry. After 14 days they are saying that they don't know where the product is and can't refund the amount. I suffered a loss of Rs 3999. @amazoninofficial

Even though this video is informative.. bt this can give more idea to those people who are sharp at scamming.

Never happened to me like this with amazon (or even any other mainstream ecommerce company)...ye khud hi chhor hai. Mobile ya mehanga gadget plastic pack me seal aata hai, Uspe likha rakhta hai ki dont accept if tempered. Kisi aur ko kyu badnaam kar rahe ho.
