I wish it were that simple. It is an issue where the temp gets stuck on the passenger side. Regardless of what you do… it will not change. The only way I have found to fix the issue is to do exactly what I explained in the video.

Thank you for the information, I was able to successfully replace the part and its working fine now. The passenger side vents were blowing hot air when the ac was set to coldest. I removed the old part and it was jammed, the gears were not moving. Working fine now.

Same the hot air is still blowing on my passenger side. The right side actuator was clicking, so I swapped that out thinking that would help but no luck. Going to change the passenger side one and see if it does the trick.

Honestly.. I never got the opportunity. My buddy built way too big of a fire and burned the side supports. I’ll have to make it again and this time consider that possibility. But thanks for the tip!
