Sega is starting to dive into its older library and is coming out with remakes. I think they should stick a small team on Dragonforce and let them work on it. I think a few dozen people could remake the game in about a year. Its not a complicated game but you could add a lot more to it like more than one unit type per general, more magic and having better control over it like picking where it shoots. This is a game type that if you allowed mods like dialogue, units, weapons, magic, generals and maps this game could end up as one of those games that wont die like Empire at War. There would be LOTR, Halo, GoT, Warcraft, Warhammer, zombies, Star Wars, Star Trek and hundreds more. These days we could have 100k units on each side fighting like TABS. If Sega put some money and a bit of marketing behind it showing off how easy it is to mod leaving it expandable for more RAM, cores and speed the game would grow with PCs.

super one is pretty bad its a one hit parry and doesnt give you as much bar or combos as sa2

This taught me how to play Yang when I first watched this years ago and I still recommend it to new yang players to this day. Solid content! 3s forever!

Rolling kick is good against air attacks too. You won't always hit him but it will avoid the attack and you will end up behind him.

4:00 that is "Charge Buffering". Charge partitioning is when you "split" the charge needed (hence partitioning) to move then immediately followed by another move and before the animation of that 2nd move ends, you input the other half of the charge + button to do a special move. A example of this you can do dash in and do a LoV or RRF after that dash.

Just finished Dragon Force for the first time and I loved it!! Now onto Dragon Force II. But unfortunately my pseudo won’t start the game.. it says Reading pseudo disc instead of real disc as it always says. Do I need a special patch on the pseudo cart

I had the same probably just last week 😅 here what u do: 1st start the console with sudo cartridge and game 2nd when finished playing game and have SAVED, take out sudo Saturn and put in the action reply 3rd RESET console, not power off and make sure to open the flap/disc top when u do 4th now u should be at the action reply menu, go to save. Then move your saves from internal (console) to the action reply. Done!! The action reply let’s u play import and is basically a MEMORY card bro 👍😉

I finally got to play this game basically after 20 years of waiting, and I LOVED IT! It was so satisfying to see the storyline pick up again, and though it didn't meet the level Dragon Force 1 was, it certainly came close! I even made a video about it, come check it out some time! :D
