I would say the game was wasted potential. If the developers would've dropped the live service model and added to the lore (ie given us more npcs to talk to throughout the different areas and allowed us to actually explore the city that Orin ruled over and just more realms to explore in general) and gameplay mechanics like ariel combos and you know, JUMPING, then it may have been one of the best games on the PS5. Sadly, like with Anthem, it was ruined by the live GAAS trend, and we are where we are now.

I hope this game comes back sure it doesn’t get any more updates but if people keep playing it I will be so happy I remember waking up in 2021 and playing PvZ gw2 and splitegate during the school zoom calls we had and I would be grinding listening to 2021 freestyle and Yao and teo. I have so much nostalgia for those days

You gotta cancel black Adam’s basic combo, instead of doing the grab after his first 2 punches, press up attack, then jump up and hit em in the air. Hope this helps

@@kyvito Agree ! I'm very impressed by how "good" the game aged. Let's be real, there is way better out here, BUT, it's still pretty fun to play, considering it's the DCU we're playing in And the community is still active. The game is still updated and even though it's criticized by the veteran players for its "Pay 2 win" side on the artifacts, I think you can see the majority of the game without paying a penny

@@kyvito Honestly once you understand how gear/artifacts/sp and allies work in the mechanical aspect of the game, the game becomes really addictive and fun. Not to mention all the dc easter eggs and the cool styles, i just wish they bring pvp back, the only thing its missing is pvp and a graphics overhaul
