You do know that once you actually go to the apartment tour, they then tell you all of the actual extra fees that they will slap on top of the base rent ???? I’m sure the high rise was extremely safe, but I am afraid of heights and I have a dog. Didn’t want to go through the trouble of constantly going from the very top to the bottom to let her out.
