Hi! Your explenation is clear and precise, thanks!! Only one doubt: This is a calculation for "one single customer lifetime value", but if you want to take a group (taking average numbers), and incorporate in the calculation the "retention rate" and the impact of this on your final result of CLV, how would you do it?? (In the case of this current example, we should consider the Churn rate?)
