Hi there , thanks for your message. Usually I’ll fry at 180 degrees for 20 minutes , then flip side and air fryer at 200 degree for 8-10 minutes for crispy texture. The air fryer or oven temperature and fry time has to adjust accordingly to your fryer /oven temperature and thickness of fish. The best way is to air fry for shorter time and extend the frying time if the fish doesn’t meet the expected crunchiness . 🤜🏻🤛🏻let’s learn together and thanks for watching my video ya. ❤

Hi, if I were to cook with sakura shrimps, do I need to wash it and soak it in water for a while before cooking it ? Pls advise.

Hi Audrey, thanks for your message! Yes I personally think we need to wash the Sakura shrimp by rinsing it but do not soak in water for long periods because it’ll loose it flavour. Hope this helps 😄🙏🏻
