У мальчика шея деревянная, что вы от него хотите. Васильев весь одухотворенная пластика, музыкальность. Плюс интеллект балетмейстера. От природы одарен беспрецедентно, и ничего не пропало втуне. Счастье для зрителя.

Разный танец потому что люди разные! Васильев- это воплощенный огонь, мощь почти стихийная- это его суть. Ву более мягкий и его движения плавнее. Васильев помогает не сделать второго Васильева, а расставить акценты , показать внутренний пульс танца , обозначить суть роли. Очень интересно смотреть, спасибо за видео!

Vasiliev has been unfairly undervalued in the West, unfortunately Nureyev and Barishnikov took all the fame on account of the Cold War of that time. Vasiliev displays unparalleled energy, control and resolve even today, in the opening scene is like watching a 100 meter sprinter run!, all determination of intentions.

Why was this man not more famous?? He’s a gorgeous dancer! And I love how the Russians say, “EE!!” Americans say, “AND!!” I believe they mean the same thing, lol!

Vasiliev is a great Russian dancer, whom the whole world knew! He was the premiere of the Bolshoi Theater. Watch the ballet "Spartak" with Vasiliev, and you will understand everything about him!

He is *definitely* one of the most famous dancers, esp. among the balletomanes. A lot of them list him as one of the greatest, if not, the greatest male dancer of all time.

Because at the peack of the cold war, choose to stay in the URSS. Had he defected to the West like Nureyev and Barishnikov....they both would have had a much more difficult time to assert themselves. Specially Nureyev whose "bravura" was grossly overrated. Nevertheless, Vasiliev was very well known too alrhough not celebrated like Rudy. God know If he deserved It.

@@Qwerty-db1js neither do I hold anything against those Who left the URRS. What I am saying Is that in one case, great fame and fortune were achieved mainly because of the cold war factor. Rudolph Nureyev was not such a great dancer, simply he did not have any competitivo here in the West. You have ti check any of his interpretation and confronti it with other dancers of the time to see. That's all.

carrer of Vu An was stoped with Noureev , very difficult to be an international-dancer at Paris-opera , Vassiliev was Spartacus it's a fact but in " casse-noisette " with Maximova j have not my knees on the ground Vladimir Vassiliev is Spartacus mostly for me in others ballets j prefer others things

To be honest Vladimir Vasiliev has twenty more years experience and is teaching Vu An...Vu An does grasp what he is being taught and looks to have been a beautiful dancer. Vladimir Vasiliev is Vladimir Vasiliev...they don't come any finer...different maybe...he was Spartacus in that he was indominitable...it was his role but there is so much more...and that is why he, and his contemporaries from the Golden Age of ballet are held in such high regard. The lowest of bows to them all and those who continue to quest 💗
