Maybe a little too critical about some of these samples Snare/kick/ out of balance etc. Most samples need to be EQ/compressed/limited and tailored to the mix. Easier to subtract a nuance than add it sometimes. Otherwise great and helpful review. Thank-you!

There a lot of 808 kits available, but it seems quite hard to find round robin ones. Which seems really odd, as that would diminish the need for the hardware units.

I'm looking into buying komplete CE and I know that it comes with tons of maschine expansions. Are these expansions easy to work with in ableton with ableton push 3? Or is it so crippled that one would be better off to buy a maschine mk3 to work with those expansions. Maschine mk3 can be had for like $250 used. I'm wondering if I'm better off putting that money towards a push 3 controller instead.

Love the vid but if anyone is considering buying this pack I wanted to give you a heads and let you know that most of these melodic are from splice. It was very disappointing to hear but nevertheless an awesome job done by buddah. Also I think the drum samples alone are worth the purchase. ✌️

I’ve seen the Akai bap essentials vol 2 BEATS EDITION - I which is less than £10 = far cheaper than the regular one which doesn’t say beats edition. What’s the difference please. I have an MPC One.

Not real sure how these work, I know they’re loops you can trigger, can you play any of these sounds like multi samples, as in like an individual instrument sound across a keyboard? Those bass and bell sounds are awesome. Great video BTW.
