in America it’s prescribed. in Mexico, you have but OTC. just depends on the laws in your country 🤷🏻♀️

I had also started using tret 0.025% and its been 2 and half a month i can see some changes in my skin my skin is glowing and acne are also gone but they come sometimes 1 or 2 only... And i am going to continue this because i also have acne marks all over my cheeks which sometimes take my confidence away 😢.. But still i fill confident... And hoping to get clear skin and get ride of those marks.... And yes if you had started using tret it also have some side effects so first of all gather all the info.. Then use it... I also have purging stage but not that much just little bit around my nose and lip corners where i use Vaseline and moisturize my face with nevia cream... I am also using azaliac acid 10% since half a month.... Let's wait and hope for my acne... And clear skin..

I have oily skin and the same thing. What did I do? I use the Niacinamide Twin Serum a day and wash my face once a day. What do you think? I did

you definitely don’t need to wash your face with cleanser more than once. if you want to splash your face in the morning with water that is ok. niacinamide is ok to use as long as it’s not in the same routine as tretinoin. hope this helped! xx

Was the IPL and the chemical peels not enough then to heal the scars permanently? Or are the most recent scars due to more recent acne? How would you rate microneedling compared to chemical peels? Thank you for taking us on your journey!

each treatment targets a different concern. IPL was mostly for hyperpigmentation. Chemical peels are great for killing acne causing bacteria, reducing fine lines, texture & indented scarring. Microneedling, in my opinion, is better for raised scarring. All of which induce collagen & fight signs of aging long term. I hope this was helpful!

If you'd like to, you can just make a little hole for the seedlings so you dont have to shake all that other soil off. I've found that with some of my plants, it doesn't shock them as much to just leave that soil on its root ball and plop it in the new pot. It also saves making a mess.

in this case I had two seedlings with intertwined root systems & they needed to be separated. shaking them was necessary to remove excess soil without prying at their tender roots
