These are not modernized elevators. These are new installs by Delta.

I remember getting stuck in that elevator a few times when we lived there between 1987 and 1998. It was also the only building north if Dixon Rd that was roach free apparently. 😂😂😂😂Back then, the landlord was an old man, Mr. Sly. There was a tenant on the first floor who would smoke cigars throughout the building....I'd choke getting off the elevator.

These use to be a Northern with EPCO WNR Fixtures but it has Dot-Matrix/Northern Frames Indicator with original Northern Lanterns but it now modernized with MAD BS Moon Fixtures w/ Julius Sorround with a New VR / Trad. Lanterns and New LCD Screen
