I understand why he uses weapons. If you remember, at the beginning of this show in S1 all these guys were ready to squash each other before meeting their opponents + Baki. Not just that but from the very beginning it was about life or death or in some cases defeat & live. To him, this is survival, everlasting, and truth whether or not he remains as the last one standing. To him, him using his weapons is no different than a military nan using concealed weapons which really pissed me off about the army colonel complaining about him using explosives and tricks like surgery for weaponry. Remember,.... This is about being the last one standing in a fight and winning. In the art of war & survival; only you can depend on you. There is no dishonor in making sure of that. Its no different from a person using a concealed weapon to defend themselves whether civilian or authority. Sorry for the wall message but i felt the need to explain why these characters are going as far as they are going. They aren't your typical shmuck on the streets doing random things for the multitude of reasons people do what they do. no.. they are your non-typical average people with culture & urning.
