The second house has a lot of doors....to me it is scary coz a ghost might be filling in one of those closets or rooms plus imagine when the lights are turned off..i'm pretty sure even during day time the hall way is dark.

You would not believe how high the taxes are in Texas, lol. Texas is one of the highest taxed states, right up there with California.

The taxfoundation puts Texas 45th on the list of highest taxed states. California is 5th. New York is number 1. If you just look at property taxes, then yes Texas is high. Number 6. New Jersey is number 1. A house similar to the one in the video is 15 to 25k in taxes depending on exemptions.

When you are just looking at property taxes then depending on the area, taxes are high. What you need to realize is we dont pay state taxes, and we dont pay personal property taxes on vehicles either.

I'm not impressed with the fixtures and appliances or the floor the countertops etc looks cheap . The appliances is old technology who uses microwaves and the mother-in-law suite bathroom is dated ..cheap looking tile and the laundry room is ugly . Not worth the money
