Hi ! we deal in UV Led system, which can be retrofitted on your existing machine. Please inform your machine on which you want to fit the led UV System. We don't deal in Offset machine.

Hello. I have my speedmaster machine 74 5 c year 2000 the the lubrication gun starts ringing from the speed of 3000. I changed the oil, and the filter. The pump works the lubrication is done, the gun does not stop. could you please tell me.

Sir in 6+ coater machine, printing CMYK, White and one special color, even then just one dryer at last is enough to dry all 6 UV colors?

In that case we need one lamp after white, one lamp after special colour and then lamps at the end to dry cmyk.

@@grafikmachinery colors are in direction as, white CMYK special and coater. You mean we require lamp at 1st, 6th and one at atmost last unit OR lamps at 1st, 5th, 6th unit? and could you also give us the reason and concept for that. Thankyou.

Metallic sheets can also be easily printed with lamps after CMYK.

No. UV lamps are not required after each print station. Lamps after CMYK are sufficient to dry all 4 colours.

@@grafikmachinery we have traditional UV mercury lamps, we use UV varnish to cover the print, then I would like to know if i can change the lamp for led uv lamp? can i use the same varnish that i am using at the moment?

Pato Naranjo you can switch to UV LED lamp system, but it won’t dry your existing uv varnish. UV led lamp needs UV led varnish only.
