Why is so many people saying the exercise you're doing is not the right exercise to do sit-ups doing the same exercise but your feet are on the floor what back is on the ground but you don't come all the way up we know there are different kinds of exercise black people or trainers say the exercise you're doing is the wrong exercise for a person this is just the same thing when people make exercise equipment to make a fast Buck I'm not saying you're away is the right way or the wrong way but someone is saying the way you're doing it is the wrong way this is what is very confusing between a lot of people out there especially people who have a bit of a orbit of fat around the waist when they are trying to do sit-ups they can't get a six pack because it is underneath the body fat to do a proper crunches you got to get rid of your body fat before you do sit-ups

I want to try this, but: Do I stay on same leg for all exercises at 45 sec each exercise and then switch legs; OR 45 secs each side, switch legs then move to next exercise? Please clarify.

This is great advice. Legit VShred workouts were the best for me. Unfortunately, I fell off the wagon when I got back into THC to cope with mental health issues. This video was a good listen though. Inspiring me to get back into my health

I agree 100% and it shows more to are wings. Growing up that's how I always done them and everyone kept telling I was to close but then it never felt right the other way
