From a Hull perspective you guys seem to lack pace in midfield. A lot of the balls were slow and we managed to counter that. That was probably our 2nd best away defensive performance of the season. You’ve a good player in Connolly if you can keep him fit and he doesn’t lose interest. Think if you can get wingers in and get players like Danny Mc back and starting as he always looks dangerous when we’ve played you then you’ll be fine. Cardiff is a massive game but if you can turn them over and we beat QPR it tightens up that mid table for us all.

Felt for Scanlon today. After 5 months out, you're right he was doing more than one mans job today after 5 months out and also playing out of position. I thought he put a shift in. and maybe over trying to impress at times, which is understandable on his full debut. Poor performance overall, but the fans must get behind the team, im sure it can't get any worse than today.

It was a relegation performance, very worrying right now. I would say that Jenson had a decent game. Other than that? Terrible.

Agree with most of what you say. However, there is one player that has lost us three or four goals in the last 3 games. If you look back you will see what side the opposition goals are coming from. Bryant. He is not a left back FFS. They are targeting him all the time. Also 24 shots all over the bar in three games. That is not good enough. We have inexperienced strikers that is part of the problem. This is not the Millwall I have supported for 69 years. The other thing I am going to say is that I live in the Midlands and I have watched many Stoke games when Neil was in charge. I can now see the same patterns at our club that he played ay Stoke. No structure, playing players out of positions, and his tactics are $hit. I put up a post before they employed him saying that it would be a big mistake. I know I will be right because I have seen so many of his managerial errors at Stoke whilst he was there. Whoever, the players are still support our club. COYL

We were so poor today dont know what system the manager was playing. I can't really say what any player stood out all rubbish. This is Regulation performance Tuesday night Cardiff beat Swansea today 3.0 so god help us.

The goal came cos Scanlon had cramp and couldn't follow his man well enough. Think you are scapegoating Bryan who was not really at fault. You are not winning championship games with Honeyman and Watmore as your creative duo
@rv7ok5 күн бұрын
No chance can you blame the player playing LEFT WING for the goal being conceded. That's insanity. Bryan was at fault and the keeper being beat at his near post.
@williamb22905 күн бұрын
@@rv7ok You didn't watch the goal then. . Didn't track the overlap with the same speed he had been all game. It's his man that crosses it in for the goal. Bryan has to stay narrow and his man isn't any danger until he slips in the ball to Scanlons man. He was holding his calf for two mins before hand so I do not blame him. But be serious. Bryan has been bad recently but this one is not on him
@adriannind25065 күн бұрын
I think we were set up wrong and the players are lacking in confidence. Until we give better service to our strikers this goal drought will continue.
@rv7ok5 күн бұрын
@@williamb2290 he did track back, the ball went through his legs, either way Kids been out for months injured and he's been thrown into a poor performing team, had zero support, no runners off the ball. It definitely wasn't scanlons fault at all. he was the only one who looked like he wanted to do something, wanted to attack and get forward. I just hope he stays. Scanlon and Bangura - Williams getting minutes was the only positive from this match, other than that it was a shambles.
@williamb22905 күн бұрын
@ I totally agree, I thought he was a bright spot and will be a big player for us going forward. He was chucked in there due to lack of fitness with most of the squad and did well, he tired at the end (to be expected) and think he just made a mistake. Not trying to kill the guy I just think Millwall fans have got in their heads that any goal down the right must be on Bryan where that's not always the case. I do hope going forward Scanlon can play LB over Bryan as think we need more athletic players and Bryan makes too many mistakes.

Not sure you was aware , we was playing 3 at the back with Leonard and Scanlon playing as wing backs. They went to a back 4 after they scored.

"Supporting" The Serb were Scanlon who had to back Bryan up ,Whatmore and GEORGIE Homeyman. Is it any wonder we were no threat just like Oxford and the rest. No Leaders ,No creativity ,No one to take set pieces and we maintain our impressive 12.30 Home Kick Offs with little energy on the pitch or in the stands. 4 poor opponents and FOUR defeats.

Where's the new Manager bounce with this appointment?. We were beyond awful today, need a complete clear out - Honeymoon, Watmore and Bryan have to go!
@jzero06285 күн бұрын
Millwall were a total shambles and looked uninterested, a copy of the Oxford game with the same result. Who knows what Neil is telling them in training, but it is not working and spirit is lost, Hull were faster and sharper (their winger looked a proper player - but then he was facing Bryan) and better organised in defence. Neil had better pull his finger out or this is going to be a relegation battle - and one it will be hard to win if Millwall cannot score.

It was the worst game seriously shocking. Back pass after back pass. Joe Briant just go and go now. Watmore don't open his eyes ffs the times he gave it away. The goal keeper can't kick a ball to save his life. We were shite and Tuesday night against Cardiff we got to step up. Milllll
@Trueblue2226 күн бұрын
Without Aziz and Esse we are a very poor side, and the players know it. Honeyman, Bryan, and Watmore wouldn’t make the starting eleven of any other Championship side. Savile is just coming to the end of his ‘use by’ date , ditto Cooper. De Norre is inconsistent. I’m told that Connolly looked overweight and unfit when he came on. Scanlon needs to go in as left back, Danny Mac back in as right back, Tanganga and the new guy as centre backs ( Cooper to bench as sub ), Midfield Ryan and De Norre ( Saville to bench as sub ). Give Bangura a start at No 10. He cant be worse than Honeyman. As for the forwards , well perm any one from three , no-one inspires confidence. The only way Bryan should feature is on the right wing as he is more effective going forward. Otherwise Mayor and Aziz back in as soon as they are fit. I think we are in for a relegation battle if we do not pick up two quality players in this window in addition to those already in. If Coburn returns and stays fit he may be able to do a job for us. I’m not confident for the rest of the season. In the summer it’s time to get rid of Cooper, Saville , Bryan , Honeyman and Watmore bare minimum. Thanks for your continuing coverage.
