I have the audio from ABC's Jim McKay for the full race. If anyone has the full race video they could really make a great video by merging them both. I also have the full ABC audio for the women's 4x400 final from Munich.

❤ At no point did you worry about her falling and injuring herself like today. She did a beautiful elegant graceful routine. If she could see what they do today, she would ask how is that possible? Too much pressure on today's gymnasts 😮 and I applaud their power, mental and physical strength and skill ❤

Danke für die Erinnerung, wie laut und verstunken das da mal war, das macht glücklich mit dem jetzigen Stachus. Den erfrischenden Brunnen im Sommer hat es auch noch nicht gegeben und die für Fahrgäste mit Kinderwagen, Rollator und Gehbehinderung unzumutbaren Trambahnen waren auch noch da. Tolle Zeiten.... nicht.

I'm an Oz from 1979! V. Kutz ( not Kuts) is my uncle. Alcohol killed him ( usual death matter in USSR in60's) . I was in Moskwa in 90's , wisited his family and small museum of Kutz ! He was a great man! In 62 visited him in Moskwa, he was driving us in his Volga car in Moskwa nights , drunk as a sailor , but that was 60s in USSR, Love U uncle Vlad!!!!!

That's a good one! Cellular phones with motion picture cameras in 1972! This clip conveys nothing to the viewer. Thanks, however, to the spectator who shot it. Only the TV networks can convey the full experience of a race like that with their multiple positions around the track.
