how should I set my weight room days? Like should I have them spaced out equally (one day apart from another) or should I have them in a sequence, so Monday weight room, Tuesday weight room, then Wednesday weight room. Also if I wanted to work on 2 specific skills, should I have those on separate days or all on one day? One more thing, what do you mean by maintain other skills, because aren't the two skills you can really practice are shooting and dribbling, and those are the two that I want to improve, but what are the other skills that I have to "maintain"
