I wish like crazy that the people who were affected by Hurricane Helena could have these beautiful tiny houses. They absolutely need a roof over their heads cause as of right now their living in tents and it's winter time. And our government failed them all miserablely and fema isn't doing their jobs either by helping these people out.

The website says this size is $102,375. That is hilarious when you consider you can get a park model that's 100x's nicer from 65-90K.

@@facetiouslyinsolent8313 if they are selling it for 102K it probably cost 50K to build. I bet half of that was labor, so 25K in materials if you are doing it all yourself. Also, park models are trailers, not tiny homes and generally speaking people who want to live in tiny homes don't want to live in a park model trailer. I know, its a fine line, but park models can at least go in a park, as they are built to RIVA standards. Tiny homes, unless built by a RIVA licensed manufacturer are pretty much illegal everywhere except very remote places where no one gives a crap what you live in, as long as you have a septic system to pump your poop into.
