I had spinal cord injury in 1998 and it took me a year year to get a operation and back to work within six months and now it feels like it’s gone again same one plus my C2 and T7 discs since last year and getting worse. I hope not too get the same surgeon again as she nearly crippled me by going through my spinal cord and sending me home with all my brain fluids leaking out into my body ok.

I had arm, shoulder ,neck , ear and jaw pain ,numbness tingling down arms and hands , tingling over top of head , vertigo, and always had a headache . I never got an MRIs for years until i complained about headaches, got the mri, and diagnosis of C4-5 and C5-6 stenosis and an 8mm Chiari Malformation. I got an ACDF-Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion 2023. I still have arm pain and weakness and stiff achy neck. Is that from the Chiari Malformation, or is it because the space at the 2 areas on the cervical spine is still 9mm and 11mm after op. Thank you. Hey all about 20 yrs ago I fell about 18 ft landed on my feet then went down on my ass, they came took me to the hospital yep broken tailbone,so I take a flight sit for hours coming and going,and now I am in pain,so bad that I can only lay down.I am taking pain killers and the kind of dull the pain, but after 5hs like a light switch pain,its been 3 months like this and some have had this for a year,lord have mercy

im 36 and have disc bulges in 3 - 6 (ironically) spinal stenosis and something else i dont remember- i started having severe pain in my left arm, most noticably in my shoulder and bicep but it was bad all of the way to my finger. I cant even lift my arm to do my hair. I already knew how doctors are so I told myself i just slept on it weird and that was that for 2 days and i finally went to an urgent care that only took x rays and told me they didnt see anything. Went to my local ER and the doctor was very nice and understanding and sent me over to this walk in spine place, and when I got there they wouldnt see me because I didnt have an MRI CD (which the ER doc took my phone and took photos of my mri results because he said they couldnt give cd's anymore). So WTF. its veen 6 days now AM I JUST SUPPOSED TO LIVE LIKE THIS NOW?!?!?! I am so scared and I dont know what to do!! the first doctor said go to PT for 4 weeks and "we'll see" WTF!!! I feel like dying this is so miserable..i cant live my life like this.. i already have a lot of the same issues in my lower back..im used to them not giving a sh**.. but this seems a bit more serious.. but nobody cares...

This is still The Best Descriptive Video I've seen about the Lumbar Spine and the Vertebrae disc issues (Bulges, herniations, etc). I posted 4 Years ago. this video popped up again today to watch. I have been doing personal research to deal with my Spinal Maladies and Suffering for years now. I try to invoke and use anything that I Think will Help. After conducting rounds of making Spinal and Neural Surgeon visits for Surgical Opinions in 2018 -2019 (^ different doctors) - all of which said No Surgery For Me - I have put my efforts into Pain Management therapies and Supplements. Some slight successes have been met, But the chronic Stiffness and on & off Pains (3, 4-8s) prevail. For example, after suffering form intense neck pain from the back to the front into the shoulder - nothing would help very much (Alleve, Advil, Various Rubs (Icey Hot, Hemp creams, etc.) I finally went to a Pain Management doctor who administered at least 6 Trigger point injections on both sides of my neck - That finally released the intense GRIP by the nerves /Muscles. It made my entire body loosen up! Keep in mind that Pains in one area of the body can and DOES issue referred Pains elsewhere in the body and make you very Tense overall - LIke a Throbbing Toothache that won't go away.... Unless one feels these things, they have No Clue of the severity.
