On Japanese models, it's usually under the bridge pickup, and colour code under neck. Don't know if Chinese and Korean models are the same.

Damn, I got one just like this in a pawn shop (even E serial, though no idea what that means). Bit scratched and without a backplate, but for under $1000 I’m really thinking about it.
