Bro, I don’t understand why my classmates hate old music. Like last year when the music teacher was showing us music from the 40s, 50s and 60s people were complaining about how “bad” the music was. I enjoyed it.

My wife is named Dinah. When people ask her name and she says it 8 out of 10 do not repeat Dinah. They say donna dana and for sure can not spell it. I say Dinah Shore AND THEY SAY WHO? HOW SOON THEY FORGET.

This is great country music , the pedal steel by Pete Drake is spot on , real country steel guitar and classic Pete Drake of that era.

Diana's voice is much better than Frank Sinatra's, she has a deep voice, it involves the lungs and the entire speech apparatus, at the same time Sinatra had a clamped voice with a small range, exceeding which Frank broke into a scream and did not sing. Therefore, Sinatra once defiantly danced to Diana during her solo.

So, not just underrated, but VERY underrated? She had an hour-long TV show for seven years, won nine Emmys, a Peabody, and a Golden Globe. Barely noticed. Uh-huh.

Loved her origninal studio recording. Felt country authentic/ coming home from WWII. This version is an attempt to moderize. Not crazy about it.
