Hey Every time you swing your leg over a bike try to be better then the previous time, take practice serious and work on basic fundamentals seat positioning foot positioning, elbows, knees , when to stand when to gas blah blah I guarantee It you’ll be one of the rippers. I used to have a 1989 Yamaha TT600, and I could do wheelies with it. I would ride slowly in third gear and then pop the clutch while pulling on the handlebars. The front wheel lifted smoothly and stayed up without any issues. I never used the rear brake because as soon as I eased off the throttle, the front wheel would come back down immediately, so I never worried about flipping over. I felt completely in control and wasn't afraid of falling backward. I would keep the wheelie going until I reached the top speed I was comfortable with in third gear, then I would stop. I tried shifting up a few times during the wheelie, but it never worked well for me. Recently, I was talking to a friend, and he mentioned that what I was doing was more of a "speed wheelie" rather than a "real" wheelie. He explained that a real wheelie involves reaching the "balance point," where you need to use the rear brake to maintain control. Since cutting the throttle causes the front wheel to come down immediately, does that mean I'm not at the balance point? What do you think? Thanks.

Yeah you are doing a power wheelie or "speed wheelie" this is where you just use the power to get the front wheel in the air. In a "real wheelie" you don't need that speed and you modulate the throttle and brake to keep the front wheelie in the air at any speed

@@rayyridezz Yeah so here are some things to think about before going blue. Firstly i have a yamaha and a honda. Honda is fuel injected so there bikes run alot better and don't require a choke. Now that also means that the honda is more money but when your gonna get a bike cheaper usually isnt better. but yamahas run really good too for a long time if you keep doing proper maintanince to them. So if i could choose what bike you got then i honestly would probobaly go honda.

They are meant for small kids. 7-11 yrs old. You could probably sit on it but I doubt it would be comfortable by any means.

Great video and bike too. Who is easy for wheelies: the ttr 110, the klx 110 or the crf 110? Some friends told me to take the klx 140, they told me that is the best for learning wheelies. What is your opinion? Thanks 👍
